Looking to add a little spice to our IPA base, the addition of rye gives a spice and sweetness to this lower ABV session beer, giving a balance against the large dry hop bill.
 
We paired up El Dorado, Amarillo, and Citra to achieve a fruit-forward citrus and orange bomb, which works beautifully with the earthy spice of the rye creating a flavoursome but super sessionable IPA coming in at 4.7%.

The folks at Northern Monk have launched a brand-new beer series, a series dedicated to the exploratory, small-batch nature of brewing at their original Old Flax Store brewery site where it all began in 2014.
 
The OFS Special series will push the boundaries of their brewing, allowing them to be completely experimental in approach.
