This Gose-style beer was brewed with juiced, UK grown carrots, Cornish sea salt, coriander seed and fermented with our house cultures.
 
Orange in colour and with a gentle acidity against the sweet and savoury flavour of carrot, it is wonderfully refreshing alternative version of the classic German sour beer style.
